Peter Kaplan graduated from the Cornell University School of Labor Relations (a program specifically designed for negotiating and mediating complex issues and contracts). Peter attended Pace University School of Law and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1983. He then joined a small law firm specializing in real estate. He has lived in Westchester County for all 49 years of his life and in Bedford since 1981. For the last 17 years, Peter has owned and operated a real estate brokerage firm in Bedford, handling everything from the sale, purchase, and leasing of condos, coops, single and multifamily residences, raw land, etc. The range of his listings/sales has been from relatively inexpensive rentals to one of the largest single family residence sales in Northern Westchester history. Additionally, Peter has been in the business world for approximately thirty years, having negotiated literally thousands of contracts.
