About Us:
Summer residents and professionals who are active athletic and social primarily single. The BARN will host several parties around the pool during the summer, as well as a large-scale party at a club. As an established house in the Hamptons, we receive invitations to many other area events and house parties. The Barn is a healthy mixture of ethnic groups and gender.

  • 5 minute walk to town, 1 mile to the beach.
  • Free limited (providing staff availability & notice) transportation to and from Jitney, LIRR, beach, Grassmere Inn, Eastside Tennis Academy.
  • Share house members may stay 3 weekdays at the Grassmere Inn, pending availability and two weekends off-season no charge.
  • 2 house complex with pool, 3 kitchens, 5 refrigerators.
  • Discounts on lessons, camps and equipment at Peter Kaplan’s Tennis Camp and Kimberly’s Tennis Shop.
